Pass the Parcel

Our present inquiry topic is "Celebrations" We are currently focussing on Birthdays and today with our buddy class we made Pass the Parcel, a favourite party game. When we returned to the class we played the game. It was fun!

Making ice blocks

At the end of last term we made our own ice-blocks.

Mini Golf with our Buddy class

Last week Mrs Wallace came up with a fun idea for us to try with our buddy class. It was "Mini Golf"
Each person had two counters and had to flick them into 18 different holes around the room ( much like the old game of Tiddly Winks.)The challenge was that the person with the lowest score was the winner. It was so much fun!!!! Thanks Mrs Wallace, you're a STAR!

Room 24 made a card for Father's Day. Inside the text said, "You're one in a Minion" We hope all the Dad's had a special day and enjoyed our cards.

Huff n Puffathon

It was truly an amazing event with lovely weather, parents to watch and cheer, house chants to inspire the teams and at the end a free pump bottle and wrist band. Room 24 would like to thank the PTA  for organising such a wonderful event!

Day 2 Literacy Week

On Tuesday Mrs Divers read "Mrs Mud Mudpuddle" and we sequenced the story working with a buddy. Our wonderful Grandparents visited after morning tea.Then we completed some "Slinki Malinki" activities. In the afternoon we made our own jellybean hat after listening to "The Hat Sale" by Joy Cowley.
